UI / UX

Fintech

simplified.

A user-centered interface redesign for Spring Money focused on reducing friction, improving completion, and making onboarding feel more trustworthy and intuitive.

01 — Project Overview

Spring Money — Manthan

As UI / UX designer, I focused on solving onboarding friction in a high-trust fintech environment. The goal: make account setup feel faster, clearer, and more credible without sacrificing essential information capture.

User problem: Users dropped off because the original flow felt lengthy and hard to track — 8+ screens, weak progress visibility, and limited reassurance early in the funnel.
